1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Proof of issue (clear photos/videos) must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used products
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging
- Items returned without valid proof
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
As our products are personal care/hair care items, returns for change of mind are not accepted.
3. Damaged / Wrong Product Claims
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Clear product photos
- Unboxing video (if available)
- Brief explanation of the issue
Failure to provide sufficient proof may affect return approval.
4. Refund Process
Once your return request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
If you paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via:
- Bank Transfer
- UPI
5. Replacement Policy
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for:
- Damaged products
- Wrong item delivery
- Manufacturing defects
6. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to our error:
- Return shipping cost will be borne by Kailash Natures
If return is requested for reasons not covered under this policy:
- Return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility (if approved).
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
8. Important Disclaimer
As our products are herbal/personal care products:
- Individual results may vary
- Returns/refunds will not be accepted based on dissatisfaction with personal results
- Product compatibility differs from person to person
Patch testing before use is recommended.
